Kitten woke up around 5 a.m. this morning and played till 10:30. Now she's having the night sleep (Taiwan time). I guess it will be more difficult to get back to Canadian time because Kitten has slept a lot on the air plane. Compare to our previous flight to Taiwan, she stayed awake during 4/5 of our journey and was exhausted when we arrived home. Anyway, I think I have to get some sleep very soon, too.

We are back!!Sunday, February 17, 2002

We are now at Pin-I's place in Ottawa. After more than 15 hours of flying, we have come back to our home. During the flight, kitten has more sleep than her previous flight back to Taiwan. I guess it was because we fly at night this time. Last night, we three slept after 3 a.m. and woke up this moring around 8 a.m..Looks like a good start for changing back to Canadian time.

In about a week, I will return to Canada with Kitten. During the past 3 weeks, Kitten has become more interactive and learnt a lot sounds and moves. For these, I decided to create a New Year Special page for recording our great days. However, I will not do this until I return to my Canadian home because I'd need some more time with my family and friends. Therefore, so long again for a week, Kitten friends. We will see you back in Canada!!

9 to now, again. I believe this has become a habit. It's amazing that Kitten can adjust to Taiwan time so well. Now I go to bed only a little bit later than Kitten and wake up early in the morning.

My old friends from MOOs visited me in the afternoon. We had tea at home and some dessert in a bakery nearby. Kitten was very very shy in the begginning but relaxed a bit later. Thanks to Lenny who brought us her home made rice cake and Wei who successfully cuddled Kitten without making her cry at the end of the day.

Everyone came to the new apt. today. We had guests visiting kitten grandpa and me. Kitten didn't seem to afraid of being surround by families that much. Later in the evening, we visited the night market right in front of our apartment building. Before we finished our trip, Kitten fell asleep in my arm again because it's already passed 9 p.m..

9 p.m. to 6 a.m. She starts her morning nap again from 9 to 10 a.m.. It seems that she lives in Taiwan time pretty well.

Kitten won't stay long in other people's hand. She usually starts struggling or crying after a few minute. When I am out of her site, she will be totally freak out.

Day 1: 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. then 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Day 2: 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. then 5 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Day 3: 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. some wake around 4 but back to sleep after feeding
It seems that Kitten is picking up Taiwan time pretty well.
